250th Post Giveaway!

I cannot believe it, after 19 months of blogging, I have hit my 250th post!
I haver really enjoyed these first 250 posts, they have started with my first training run for my first Half Marathon, and brought me through ten more Half Marathons, a Disney Marathon, almost thirty 5Ks, five 5 milers, a 10 miler, a 10K, 4 mud runs, and countless friends.

What better way to celebrate such fabulousness, than with a giveaway!

The winner will receive:

What do you think? Are you in?
This giveaway is going to be an easy to enter giveaway! All you need to do is comment! Tell me what your favorite race distance is, and why. I will choose the winner randomly on Friday, July 12th. If I get enough comments, maybe I will throw in some extra prizes!
Easy, right?

  1. I love the half marathon. Long enough to feel like I did something but doesn't hurt like the full!!

  2. Right now, my favorite is the half marathon...mainly because that's the farthest I've run at this point. I'd love to do a full marathon hopefully next year :)

    1. Half is my favorite! The Disney Marathon was fun, and I look forward to it again in 2014! I want to a Full in Fall 2014, to see what it is like without the hoopla though!

  3. 10K is my favorite distance, long enough to feel like I've run a race, but short enough where I'm not exhausted for the rest of the day...although I am hoping to build up my endurance so I feel that way after half marathons :-)

  4. This year I'm partial to ultras but if I had to pick one distance it would probably be a half marathon. Not too short, not too long and training for a race is easily doable.

    1. We don't get many of those around here~I have only done one of each, and the 15K was a trail run (sort of, half trail, half road).

  7. I loved the Tower of Terror 10 miler I did, but that's cuz I did it with my sister! My favorite distance is 10k. Its long enough to feel like I did something substantial but not too long that I want to throw up after LOL ;P

  10. It really depends on the race. After the flying pig I was all about the half but then iron horse happened and I hated that distance.
