This weekend was my neighborhood’s second ever 5k, and I was once again the Race Director. It’s a lot of work, and I should probably take RRCA’s certification course so that I’m better equipped, but so far it’s going really well!
We had a Shamrock Shuffle, and I hope to do a post dedicated to small neighborhood race planning, but for now, he’s a few pics I took before I picked up my fancy camera for the finisher photos, plus a few that I snagged from the Facebook page. I can’t post the finisher photos, because there are kids in them. We had trophies for first place Irishman, Colleen, Laddie, and Lassie.
