Tomorrow morning, at an obscenely early hour, I'm driving over to my friend Toni's house so her hubs can chauffeur us to Winston Salem for the Frosty 50k/25k. This is a new distance for me, and I'm curious to see how it goes.
My gear is all set out, and my post race outfit is packed in my running bag, along with my Addaday roller and some Shower Pills. I should probably add some Oofos....
Ok, now I'm ready! I do have to fish my CEP sleeve for plantar fasciitis out of the dryer, but that's next.
