I used to do monthly challenges all the time. You know the ones: push-ups and squats, or planking, or crunches, or whatever. They were a great motivator! The page I used to get them from stopped making them and I got out of the habit.
Help me out, people! Do you know of any great monthly challenges? Bonus points if it’s Peloton related!
I found this upper body challenge using Tunde’s arm workouts, so I’m doing it for September!
I especially love when I can print them out or when they have cute graphics that I can check off!
